Video: Bound and blindfolded Palestinian fired on by Israeli soldiers in Nil'in
B'Tselem, Jul 21, 2008

Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem released on July 20 footage it received of a soldier firing a rubber-coated steel bullet, from extremely short range, at a Palestinian detainee who was cuffed and blindfolded. The act occurred in the presence of several security forces, among them the battalion commander, a lieutenant colonel, who held the Palestinian's arm while the soldier fired.

The incident was filmed by a 14-year-old Palestinian girl, Salam Kinan, using a camera given to her family by B'Tselem, on July 7, 2008.
